A 50% deposit is required to begin production on custom and made-to-order pieces. Cancellations are accepted within 72 hours of order placement. Due to the unique nature of custom pieces, all sales are final on custom orders once production has begun.
Custom pieces typically ship 6–10 weeks from order placement. This can change slightly throughout the year, so please confirm with your account contact when placing time-sensitive orders.
Adams Furniture ships to anywhere in the continental United States, business-to-business or residential. Shipping quotes are available upon request.
We want you to be completely happy with your new furniture. Adams stands behind every piece we build. Manufacturing defects on new custom-built pieces are covered for one year from delivery. Please contact us to report any issues.
