Common questions.

• What does a custom piece cost?

  Every piece is built to order, so we quote to your exact spec — size, fabric or finish, options, and delivery. Tell us what you have in mind — the piece, the size, the fabric or finish, and where it's going — and we'll send a quote.

• Can you make it in my size?

  Yes. Tables are built to your dimensions. For oversized pieces, reach out first and we'll confirm what's possible. Upholstered pieces can be built to custom dimensions too — send what you need and we'll confirm.

• Can I use my own fabric?

  Any upholstered piece marked custom-made can be done in your own fabric (COM) or one of our in-stock fabrics. Swatches are mailed free — just ask for them in your inquiry.

• Can I get fabric swatches?

  Yes, and they're free. Check "mail me swatches" on the inquiry form, or just ask, and we'll put them in the mail.

• Can I add nailhead, piping, or tufting?

  Nailhead, piping, and tufting are available on most custom pieces. Tell us what you're picturing and we'll recommend what suits the design.

• How long will it take?

  Most custom orders ship in about 6–8 weeks. Working to a deadline? Tell us — we can often meet it within reason.

• Do you ship to me, and what does delivery cost?

  We ship across the continental US. Delivery is generally white glove and quoted per order. Send your zip with your inquiry and we'll include it.
